Custoon is a professional custom silk product manufacturer located in Suzhou City, China. Our factory is established in 2016. As a leading supplier, we specialize in the production of silk scarves, silk fabrics, silk pillowcases, silk sleeping masks, silk scrunchies, silk beddings, silk sleepwears and more. Each silk product is made from 100% mulberry silks.

Digital Printing Machines

Digital printing equipment plays a crucial role when it comes to manufacturing stunning and vibrant silk products. At Sinosilk, we specialize in providing top-of-the-line digital printing equipment designed specifically for silk product customizations. These machines include Atexco D Series, Atexco S Series, and Homer 1800.
With our digital printing machines, we are able to offer double-sided printing techniques.

Screen Printing Equipment

At Custoon, we are equipped with up to 10 screen printing machines and equipment. Through these advanced screen printing lines, our expert printers can print silk fabrics up to 5000 meters per day. This results in faster production time and increased qualification rates.
Compared to digital printing, screen printing techniques can provide more vivid colors and subtler lines. The front side of the printed color can reach up to 90%. However, this method cannot print gradient colors and other intricate designs.
